Indoor Climbing Expo and Kilter Board Comp

Overview:

Join us for the Indoor Climbing Expo and Kilter Board Comp, an exhilarating team-based climbing showdown that combines strategy, skill, and endurance! Teams of two—one man and one woman—will compete against other duos in a battle of technique and resilience. Whether you’re a seasoned climber or a dedicated fan, this event promises thrilling head-to-head competition and an unforgettable experience.

Competition Format:

• Team Structure: Each team consists of one woman and one man.

• Pool Play:

• Teams will be divided into pools (up to 10 teams per pool).

• Each pool will follow a set list of climbs on the Kilter Board.

• Elimination Rules:

• If a climber falls or fails to finish a climb, their team receives a letter.

• Two letters—K and B (Kilter Board)—result in elimination.

• To raise the stakes, the board will be adjusted for increased difficulty as time progresses.

• Advancement: The top team from each pool will move on to the final round.

Finals Format:

• Call-Out Climbs:

• In the finals, each team will get the chance to set a challenge climb for the competition.

• Climbs will alternate between male- and female-set routes.

• Teams will take turns attempting these call-out climbs, adding an exciting layer of strategy to the competition.

• If a climber falls or fails to finish a climb, their team receives a letter. Spell CLIMB and you are eliminated.

• Last team standing wins.
